Where we ship to:
CEO Toddler ships orders to Addresses only (no P.O. Boxes) within the Continental U.S. via federal express ground service.
We do not offer shipping to International destinations, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

Shipping and Handling Fees:
Our standard ground rate shipping fees are based upon the dollar value of your order according to the rate chart below.

Delivery Time:
In-Stock Toys: Orders for in-stock toys will ship from CEO Toddler within 24-48 hours. Delivery time for standard ground service is generally 7-10 days depending upon your location.
Out of Stock Toys: Orders for out of stock toys will be placed on backorder. We will e-mail you with an approximate delivery date. You have the option to cancel your order or accept delayed delivery. We will continue to process your order once we receive the merchandise to complete your order.

Sales Tax:
We charge 7% sales tax to Georgia residents only.

Returns:
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from CEO Toddler.

Therefore, if you decide to return an item within 7 days of the original ship date, please carefully read our * return requirements (listed below) to determine if the toy you want to return meets the requirements. If you believe that your return meets these requirements, please e-mail us at customerservice@ceotoddler.com with a detailed reason for your return, and we will e-mail you back a return authorization number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of your return box in order for us to accept your return.

*Merchandise Return Requirements:

  1. Items for return must be unopened and in the original packaging exactly as it was shipped to you. The toys are sealed in air tight cellophane wrap for quality assurance purposes by the manufacturer not by CEO Toddler. Therefore, any toy you return must be completely sealed so that is in perfect and sanitary condition for re-sale on our website.
  2. If we receive your return item and find that it has been opened or otherwise used, we reserve the right to reject the return, and charge you for the cost of returning the item to you. If you have any questions about our return policies, it is best to e-mail us at customerservice@ceotoddler.com before returning your items.
  3. We do not accept any item for return more than 2 weeks past the original ship date. However we prefer that you return unopened toys within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise.

Refund Policy:

  1. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If your item is returned without an RMA# on the outside of the box, the restocking fee is 20%.
  2. We do not refund shipping charges.
  3. We will issue a merchandise credit once your returned item has been inspected and it is determined by us that it has not been opened or otherwise used.

Procedure for mailing back returns after receiving your RMA number:

  1. Please pack the toys carefully in the original shipping box and secure with good packing material and tape.
  2. Write the RMA# (return authorization number) clearly on the outside of the shipping box. (You must request this number from us via e-mail at customerservice@ceotoddler.com)
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any lost or damaged returns. Therefore, we recommend that you use a reputable shipping carrier who offers tracking information and insurance on lost or damaged items. If we receive your return and it is damaged in transit to us and cannot be re-sold, we will have to withhold your refund. It will be your responsibility to file a claim with your shipping carrier for damages that occured in transit to CEO Toddler.
  4. Please mail your return package along with a copy of your invoice, and your name and daytime phone number to the following address:

Damages & Shortages or Defective Toys
Please inspect your order immediately when it arrives. Please e-mail us at customerservice@ceotoddler.com within 2 days of receipt of your order if any items are damaged, missing or defective in your shipment. Be sure to include your name, contact information, order number and the number of items damaged. We will advise you by e-mail how to return the damaged merchandise. Please do not open or use any toys damaged from shipping. We will need you to return the merchandise in the same condition that you received it to file an insurance claim with our shipping carrier.
